Those Days. My Students. Year 2007.

They say university students tend to be more emo during exam days. I couldn't agree more. hoho. Some keep talking about their past, some keep planning what to do after exam. and it's proven cuz I've got friends like these.

Bored of the exam revision, so i check some of the photos in my lappy's folder. Saw lots of photos taken when i was teaching in the chinese primary school.

and once again realised, how sweet the kids' smile could be.

The more we grow, the more cautious person we are. People tend to be more aware of the suroundings and not to let others harm us. It is always these environments that make us today, an independent adult that will not easily believe in others.

when was the last time you smile from the bottom of your heart just like them?

when was the last time you see all real expression like this?

yarrrrr!!!!!

these memories are all reside deep in my heart; the experiences of understanding how tough a teacher life could be, the frustration in you when student don't understand a lesson, the heartbroken when u punish a naughty student.

some of the colleagues :

It isn't easy to conduct class that has a total of 40 students, standard 1 to 3. this especially when you're suffering from sore throat after teaching too many classess a day before. HOWEVER, when we are in good condition, karaoke during Teachers' day dinner is something not should be missed :

hehe...

there are 2nd round in Teachers' day Hi-tea session too.

lovely teachers~~~

the only time you'll be excited and scream like a kids, is probably more or less in a situation like this :

Shah Alam Buddhist Society Youth Club visit Padmasambhava Orphanage

few weeks back I made a call to Callum and Caitlin (the babies that once my mom babysit) who are now almsot 2 years old and are in their parents' hometown, was so happy to have heard Callum keep repeating "ah teng jiejie... ah teng jiejie..." over the phone =D

how are you both Callum and Caitlin?

I love kids =) They are real, they are cute.

I look so YOUNG at that time! no wonder some student bully me! a student once tell me :" Cikgu, you're only 19 ar?! My brother also 19!" and then she start talk to me like I'm her best friend (and that is when she start bully me lor~ as in no manners and lazy to do homework)

and students are so alert of your appeareance, they will ask whenever u wear new clothes to class.

and kids have so much of why. which I'm always patient and happy to answer =)

"why u use Sony Erricson? I'm using Nokia, and my bro Samsung" (from a student of standard 2)

enough of blogging, it's time to sleep. tomorrow still have to wake up to do revision for exam ahhhhhh.

have a nice day, readers.

Thanks Sir, We Will Try Our Best.

There was this day I check MMLS (an online system in MMU which has announcement from lecturers and online notes) and feel rather thankful to this lecturer of mine. Mr Jason Lam. His message has indeed make me smile and it's motivational. Here goes the message:

"Dear Students,

First of all, I would like to say a big THANK YOU for staying with me in these SEVEN weeks; attending my classes ; performing well in your role plays (just some little overboard)and listen F
ANTASTIC lecturer to give stories.

I have marked all the remaining quizzes ( Thanks for your pen-Gary Yeik) and please collect them in front of my room at Room 1004. The reason why I marked and hand it back to you guys, because I wanna you guys to know where your mistakes are, and perform better in the final.

After finish final, don’t throw away the quizzes into rubbish bin ( not easy to mark your papers PLUS your FANTASTIC handwritings! ).

At here, I would like to express a sincere gratitude to you guys for be patience and sacrifice your time to attend my classes at night ( rather spendin
g your time in PakTorlogy ). I am no doubt to be sure that most of you will be graduating soon, or left another one more semester to go. I wish you guys good luck in every endeavours you will be undertaking and hope you get your desired job.

Remember, whether it’s an uphill slope, whether how many enemies backstab you, how many challenges awaiting you ahead, don’t lose hope. Stay on track; don’t accept defeat to the last breath. If you cant fight back, be perseverance at the moment until opportunity arrives. Down an unknown road to embrace your fate is difficult, though the road may wander, is this correct path or not, but, imagine of the glory you will achieve at the end of the tunnel, its worth. The most important, during the process, be humble to learn the values, make yourself well-equipped mentally and physically, GO THE DISTANCE!!!

Whatever you do, you always have a group of friends to support YOU and of course Fantastic Jason Lam will be always standing on you. Take Care. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Ja
son Lam"

Mid Night Updates.

it's 4.40am in the morning. It's not that i don't want to sleep but already taken nap earlier at around 11pm. you wouldn't want to know why especially if you're about to coming to a university level. Life is about cherishing whatsoever that happened and happens, what happened stays wherever it was, what carry on are the beautiful memories and the willingness to determine the happiness continues in near future.

my religion has inspired me to think, that it is important to appreciate every single moment you have in life, happy, sad, anger, disappointment, appreciate how they make u so because it taught u whether to take it or leave it.

I saw a tweets with a message like this "People who say you can't buy happiness just don't know where to shop" True enough even if the happiness is buyable or even not. There are things like intangible medium to pay for the happiness. It's all depends on your determination whether you buy it through tangible or intangible medium.

it was last year's chinese debate group christmas gathering =) see, things like this stays wherever it was. what carry on is the beautiful memories and your determination whether to make the friendship last.

I actually can't wait for this year's christmas to be here. Exam end on christmas eve =)

night view from my house

yaya some of us still editing final year project (FYP). Was with Elysia this afternoon, we were trying to make things done but things has yet to be done.

I admit it's not easy to write something that belongs to yourself which will eventually become your property.

and so, apparently FYP is exactly a property.

here's some photos taken in More Cafe after my presentation. We were eating steaks and chops after 12am which is not so appropriate but who cares cuz it's more like a celebration for making 1 task done.

Calix and myself

Calix, myself, Candy.

There, it is important to reward yourself after some hardworks.

Til then.

I hope you enjoy my writing. I was actually trying to release tension thru writing don't mind? final exam is almost here lah huhuhu.

was unintentionally seeing myself in the mirror after few assignments done, and realised skin is becoming fair, proven I'm not really doing sports for long. Can't wait for the sem break to come at this christmas so I can join the outdoor camp which my friend organise, and do some shoots with the paintball buddies perhaps.

Wonder how's everything in KL? I never balik kampung this not-often before lah. Get stuck with lots of assignments. Situation is like --- 4896. something I learnt from the coursemate. a chinese dialect.

Have a nice day, readers.

Time Zone

It's like when the time zone start to go upside down again...

em' still trying to make things done! so much to do in so little time. Tired but still trying to love life like this.

have just realised my group has made 3 videos this sem urgghhh. First is some kinda Red Indian Stories video with certain business and management contents for the Subject Brand Management; second is the shopping mall video assignment for Subject Service Marketing, another one is so call [top up] the interesting level for Sales Management presentation nothing much~ [but it works]

to be frank, all 3 are crazy and rather low quality video. Just imagine how business management student make video with limited skills. Anyhow it was a rather fun co operation with the coursemates.

owh there's something I really wish to share. it seems like drama presentation with adult contents can attract more attentions wtf. Things happen in Sales Management class. why not let me share the stories with photos next time.

anyway,
all the best to all MMU-ian in final exam! It's coming soon... huhu.
